Upgraded from windows 7 to 10, Fallout 3 still works fine.
I guess win 10 kept my settings the same because I played for an hour and the game hasn't crashed yet.

with me it does not even start !! so there are problems i guess

I too have upgraded to Windows 10 and to be honest fallout has worked a charm until about 2 hours in, then i started having random freezes which forced me to kill the game and load a save (mild annoyance)
