How Do I Uninstall Fallout Script Extender?

I tried deleting the entire game from my hard drive, and uninstalling the game through the Steam app, but after I redownload it its still launching in F3SE.

just remove the .exe and the .dll files. download a fresh copy of f3se to see what files you need to delete

I already tried that and its still launching in Script Extender.

If the exe itsnt there it cant run, are you launching the game via steam & how do you know the script extender is running?

Nevermind, I thought that the Steamoverlay not working was an indication that F3SE was still running, but after some research it turns out that it doesn't work by default; thanks for your help anyway.
