low framerate
So I got this game on the flash sale. I've been waiting for it to be in a daily deal or flash sale since the autumn sale, so once it finally was I immediately bought it. Now that I have it, the only problem is I can't run it very well.

Even when I put it to the lowest resolution, with static backgrounds and "-r -v" in the launch options, there are still frame rate problems. This isn't the game's fault, I know my computer is bad for gaming, but I can usually manage to set everything low enough to get a stable frame rate. The problem with kof xiii is there are not many options for me to change in game, so here is my question

Is there a way for me change graphic options such as anti-aliasing, v-sync, or shadow quality by poking around in the game files. Or is there a possibility that SNK can update the game with these options?

Use static backgrounds, if you are not already using them.

Mind if I ask what's the system you have to game running on? I asked because I having some issue with framerate myself, and was trying to do some fact checking.

Try using -a. -v won't help you in any way.

static backgrounds, variable framerate, and full screen that configuration should increase some fps.
