did not force quit,but i still getting banned

this is the third time i getting banned,first time yes,i did alt f4 after a long sync process,but the 2nd time and 3rd time,i dint, i ♥♥♥♥♥ swear on it i dint force quit,at all!
please do a check on my account,i really wanted to play this with my friends,as i only got 1 day per week off.please any admin,do help,or is there any link i can go regarding this matter???
