It's been up and running for quite some time. Just type socom in the server search field and it should pop up.

Nope. If you have subscribed to the older socom source, you need to unsubscribe. That's it!
Just join and have fun.

Did you verify the cache? Also, turn off any internet security/virus protection while playing the game. It does not need to be running.
