Map differs from server

It won't let me play certain maps on the INS server. Is there a way to fix this?

That means that the map you have not the same is as on that server, you must delete the map from your computer and then join the server and it will download the correct one and you can play.

Server custom map using workshop. So if ya been to other servers and downloaded one that isn't from workshop then ya gonna have to delete it off manually just like deadwish says.
Go in your maps folder in where your insurgency installed. Then delete the map file that have the name that come up in the error.
