Continuing COOP Campaign?

Greetings, my friend and me played a coop campaign yesterday until we had to go.So we saved it but how can we continue it?Or is that impossible, which would be very sad

Just go multiplayer - online campaign - saved games - click on the correct one - invite your friend

I dont see anything that writes "Saved Games"
