Same here, whenever I want to play skyimish, campaign or mp, the game freezes at the loading screen...I bought this game more than a week ago (mac version) and I was only able to play it once!

Please try these steps:

1. Run Steam and click Library.
2. Right click Wargame and click Properties.
3. Click the button SET LAUNCH OPTIONS.
4. Enter the option: -notracking
5. Click the button OK then the button CLOSE.
6. Run Wargame.

Since it didn't resolve the problem, let's get an explanation.

Looking at both Graphic cards you posted yu shouldnt be able to play this game... I using a 2GB AMD HD 7600 Series graphic card and only can play this at lowest settings. 256MB graphic cards are surely to low.
