Grizzly and Lav
why the hell has the grizzly got 2 armor point and the lav only 1?????
the lav is even bigger then the grizzly.......

Isn't the Grizzly that one Canadian tank? I think it stands to reason that a tank would have more armor than an LAV.

Of course, the Grizzly looks an awful lot like the LAV, so I can see why it's a bit counterintuitive.

Probably for the same reason the 25mm gun on the Bradley is roughly the same stat-wise as the 40mm gun on the STRF 9040. Because realism is not always top priority.

They are kind of different, Im pretty sure the LAV-25 is lighter than the Grizzly, because is a recon vehicle while the grizzly an APC. They probably took armor off of it so it would be faster, but still have a autocannon.

But it also may be apart of the nerf they got after someone complained that they were OP

Go to the game libary and click "CD-Key" in the W:ALB section

The LAV-25 used to have 2 armor, which Eugen found to be too effective. It was reduced to 1 point early on as a result.

LAV also is designed to go in water. It is a very light skinned vehicle. The angles on the surface do more to stop incoming rounds than the actual thickness of the skin itself. Well placed .50 caliber round can penetrate the LAV's hull.

The LAV has a bushmaster... The grizzley gets armour. Balance, and it's same body as couger. So Yes, training tank.

US LAV-25 will also not be a regular infantry transport in Red dragon but a recon vehicle only that may be able to carry scouts with them.

That was my question- how come almost all HMGs, MMGs, and autcannons do the same HE power?
