This game is a waste of money.
Waste of ♥♥♥♥ing money! I bought this game during beta, and it will be the last game I ever pre purchase. Everything is unlocked from the begining, gone are the command stars of Wargame: EE. After leaving in command stars throughout the entire beta, they pulled them on release day. Sure the game has 1000s of units, but no one uses anything except the best units. Imagine the deck building as Magic: The Gathering with everyone having every card. You cannot use your decks in the campaign, only the absolute ♥♥♥♥ decks the game lets you use. Also, they can and will blacklist people for no other reason than calling a teammate an idiot for rushing 30 helis into AA, or having one of said idiot teammates rush infantry into your arty to make you TK them, then report you. If I ever had the opportunity, I would kick the devs in their junk.

lol. Easy bro, you're going to have a stroke. People who use only best units are screwed if they lose them, because they are NOT easily replaced. Everyone I know mixes decks pretty well, so uh. . .yah. The rest Ill leave to everyone else.

Yes, I have never seen anyone fielding t-34's or m48's...

i saw someone using t-34s earlier today in a game and it was funny.

Seriously, the command stars thing again. Aren't you like 6 months late for that . Also there is more to building a deck then just getting all the best units you know. Thats supposed to be the allure of the new deck creation system after all. The blacklist thing I do agree on though. Eugen really has no excuse for not including 1 in game right now.

I have to say I completely disagree with OP, I think it's one of the best games out right now.

RTS isn't really my thing, and I'm not into MP, but I really like this game for a great strategy wargame (ala the RTS of Total War) and I figure I'll be ready for some MP when the China sequel comes out.

Using "the best units" is risk in itself group of 130pt+ a piece T-80s can be taken out with cheap 25-35pt atgm tows. its a point system so fielding any army high tech/low tech is equal to the other, just gotta know how they should be used. The online aspect can be bad but thats the roll of the dice in any game online sometimes, but overall best game ive played in a while.

Lol, the best decks are the ones that mixes and matches quantity and quality units. T-34s are always in my deck (if possible), because they are the best infantry support tanks. I use em to rush close to a city and let them not give a ♥♥♥♥.

And trust me, they can take quite a beating, especially when your high quality tanks are aiming for them while its eating tows from ATGM jeeps.

In this thread a bad player and rager rages about how he was reported for being bad at games and bad at being social.

Troll much? It would be hard to get reported when you haven't played the game since they implemented the whole reporting feature.

this game best rts ever...
Mr Raindrop Dec 13, 2013 @ 9:44am
The game is a waste of money because you can access all the units at once instead of unlocking them; you can't use custom decks on a story based campaign mode; and you get kicked for insulting other players online?................ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

They removed the best feature of the first game, so that whiny ♥♥♥♥♥es who want everything handed to them can get what they whine about. In the first game every point you used to unlock units was one less point you could use to unlock more. It was rewarding to earn points, then use them to make your army better by unlocking units. You had to make strategic decisions, "what will help me more, this or that?", and had to have atleast a basic knowledge of the military hardware the game is based around (or least be smart enough to look up what the real differences between two almost identicle tanks were).

It would be like not having to buy cars in a racing game, and just getting an F1 car at the beginning of the game to race against Miatas.

So what you are saying is this game sucks because new players will have an equal chance against veteran players? Maybe they should have kept the points system from the last game for the campaign alone but not the multiplayer...i guess its because you aren't getting the easy wins anymore against some nub who only has Humvees or some ♥♥♥♥...maybe you should just get better at the game instead whining that the game doesn't let you have an advantage so much.
Doctor Samurai Dec 13, 2013 @ 10:10am
Oh yeah, play with your friends if you dont want a fail team a group of randoms has always been fail historically through the history of games as their are nubs in every game that exists.
