stuck at the tutorial battle #5.
the su-35 fighters are anonying in this battle. After I secure two areas, the su-35s appear and harry my infantry units. When my air forces arrive at the conflict area, the enemies' aircrafts have been out of my sight. I tried several times and couldnt figure out the strategy to win the battle. Is there any tricks I dont get?

Is this an entry for Red Dragon, because ALB turtorial #5 has no NATO infantry.

Wait there are enemy air units in tutorial 5 ?? The only thing that was actually (midly) threatning was the PACT AAA.....

yeah, there surely are. I mean the tutorial training battle #5 in ALB. My air forces take off from the edge of the map, but the harrying occurs at the middle of the map. My air forces cant always catch up the enemy air units.

Sorry, I mean tank and other logistics units. I thought they belong to infantry. I cant win the tutorial battle of ALB tutorial #5. Any suggestion?

Keep some of your planes circling close behind your own forces. Don't let them fly into enemy AAA, but keep them close. Just like the game works later on, having units at the ready is incredible helpful (for example the Tomcat is used ONLY this way, because it is simply a defensive weapon).

thanks. Knowing the strategy, it is still a challenge to me.

Keep in mind thats a tough strategy to maintain once you're out of the tutorial. In the campaign battles planes are expensive to loose - vicotry in a given battle is dependent on how many points you earn destroying enemy units. So if you have an enemy that only needs 750 points to win the battle, loosing your air units to interceptors or ground-based AA is a quick road to defeat. In multi-player, some players are fond of sending swarms of aircraft for a given task - so setting your aircraft to circle could be an invitation for your enemy to spam interceptors in your direction.

That's exactly the time to order evac and let your AA do its job...
