no. Has no place in the game. It's primarily used as a COIN/Low intensity conflict plane.

It's on the list of things the devs have confirmed will never be in wargame, alongside transport planes, strategic bombers and paratroopers

Where could one find such a list?
Here is the full list

7. Towed Equipment
8. Airlifting Vehicles
9. Cargo Planes or any noncombat planes.
10. Fancy micro abilities

Suggestion- Infantry based mortar, much shorter range than Vehicle Based Mortar, but can be in mountains and rough terrain. This would make the game more fun and be a very easy addition to the great game of war.

One of the greatest ideas ever thought of for the game ;)

Why not? It would be so incredibly easy to implement and it would be balanced. It doesn't fit under any of the criteria you listed. I honestly think everyone would enjoy it.
orcbuster stop it, you're breaking my heart. :'(
I just dont want to believe anything you say anymore. :p
Why can we have anti air infantry, but not mortar? There is almost no argument against this. It would not be much work, it would not make the game unbalanced and it would make the game more realistic.
It would be more effective if you were to post your idea on the actual Wargame forums or send an email to the developers at Eugen Systems.
I probably should, it's a pretty humble suggestion.
been asked for and denied. At this point the game is so close to completion adding new features and units isn't an option.
In my suggestion I stated that I wasn't requesting it in the release of red dragon, but in a DLC or future wargame.
