Arab countries in future game?
I don't know a lot about how far they are willing to go for Red Dragon, but if expansions come out that add more areas to expand, with the possibility of new units and nations, that would be fun.

The Baa'athist nations of the arab world would be interesting, With Saddam and Syria beign supported by the Soviets in gear (With some US equipment of course) along with Israel and Saudi Arabia.

Not to mention it could add some economic features to the Strategic campaign as well, if your friendly Arab nations lose control of oil fields, then you might have a temporary fuel shortage or supply shortage for the next battle.

If you want to add onto this idea, or just want to discuss the concept with me, feel free to leave a comment, I want to hear your ideas. (Please avoid fights, I only want to hear your opinions and comments on the addition, not the political turmoil in the region currently or your ideology)

So it'd be basically US minor vs PACT minor? That sounds... kinda flat ._.

Iraq's and Egypt's arsenals during the Cold War contained both western and Soviet equipment. The Egyptians also had domestically produced IFVs and APCs. Although it's unlikely that Eugen would go through the trouble of adding the Middle-East to Red Dragon, being able to field decks with both Chieftains and T-72s (Iraq) or Mirage Vs, F-16s, MiG-21s and MiG-23s (Egypt) would be interesting.

'I don't know a lot about how far they are willing to go for Red Dragon, but if expansions come out that add more areas to expand.' I understand that it is set in east asia, however there is no reason for them not to settle down with this game for a while and expand the map and add more nations.

Might as well make it Wargames Global Conflict, there calling it Red Dragon for a reason (its focused on Asia)

Middles East is Asia though, at the moment it is coastal China, the Koreas, Japan and a few other land masses.

the middle east is technically a sub continent and exists in europe, africa and asia.
