Freezing your screen
anyone have a issue with your screen freezing after you login and your trying to choose your options to start a game or audio and such

Verify the cache to check if you installation is corrupt.

Having this problem too, I can get into a game and it runs fine but I freeze at the menus after 5-10 seconds after logging in

Please post your configuration:

1. Press the keys WINDOWS (bottom left) and R.
2. Type DXDIAG and click the button OK from the Run window.

System tab: Windows version, processor model (Processor) and the amount of RAM memory (Memory).
Display tab: name of the graphics controller (Name) and the driver date (Date).
Audio tab: name of the audio controller (Name) and the driver date (Date).

windows 7 home premium 64-bit 6.1, build 7601 processor is pentium R Dual-core CPU E5400 @ 2.70GHz ( 2CPU), 2.7GHz and 6144MB Ram Graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 6570 date is 12/6/2013 and autio is Realtek Digital output ( realtek High Definition and date is 8/4/2009

What is your antivirus/firewall?

Please update the drivers of your REALTEK HD audio controller:

1. Click http://fichiers.touslesdrivers.com/37401/Vista_Win7_Win8_R271.exe
2. Save the application Vista_Win7_Win8_R271.exe on the hard disk.
3. Once the download done, run Vista_Win7_Win8_R271.exe and follow the instructions.
