Ocean Giant cant create an ocean
On any game when I tell the ocean giant to create an ocean, he goes to the spot, starts the animation but never finishes. He just pounds the ground continually until i tell him to stop. No ocean is ever made.

Ah!! The steam equivalent to ctrl+alt+del or turning it off and on again.
Tried it...no fix...no surprise there :D

If it is during tutorial, you can skip it by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F3 in your unlock menu

Nope, tried that already. It happens after the tutorials too.
