I made a simple calculator for Reus
You are wellcome to use it. I made it for myself, after i couldn't find something similar on the internets. And thought "why not share it with fellow Reus players".

http://reuscalc-reusapp.rhcloud.com/

It will allow you to see what abilities and natural sources will be available to you for any ambassador distribution.

Ah man that is clever. I might have to use that for my next game.

This is really cool, but one thing I would love if you wanted to improve it, is to add the tooltips from the game to mouseover tooltips on the icons, especially the accessible abilities. Some of us can't remember all the juicy info between the game and this awesome website you've made.

Thanks again.

Really nice application !
You're missing the pear tree picture I think :)

If there was rep, i would rep you ;) They really should make this inclusive to the game, a long with an ingame wikia. For the last projects and 1h challenges i was noting of the wikia with paper to make the ambassadors and numbers add up

Really great work!

One suggestion: is it possible to link the "Resources" to each Wiki page?

For instance, if i want to remeber the stats and symbiosis from "Ruby", is it possible to link the photo of the Ruby on your page to the Ruby page on the Wiki? In this way, i would click on the picture of the Ruby in your page and it would open a new tab of the Wiki.

Something like this =P

I'm currently working on the tooltips for abilities and natural sources. You will be able to see all the stats right there.

Alright! Problem even better than my suggestion!

Nah not on the wikis, why are gamepedia and wikia always spammed with porn ads?

Nicely done. Thanks for sharing

Pretty cool app, I'm curious what you used to make it, actually.

A small design tip/request though: It would be great if resources at 0 level were greyed out, it would make picking out what you can and cannot reach much easier. Similarly, the numbers could be replaced entirely by colored borders (teal/blue/purple, like on the wikie) around the resource, which would again make "at a glance" appraisals easier. Both of these should be doable with fairly simple CSS.

Oh, and it might be a nice idea to sort the resources into columns or some kind of sections, say by biome, might make browsing easier.

Flask, Bootstrap and JS

Yeah, i want to change the way levels/grades are shown. But i'm still thinking what would be best. I thought about colored borders around icons as well, but i have a doubt about the idea, since there are a lot of icons.

As for sorting by biodomes, i did that right at the start of development, but it turned out to take too much space, and i had to scroll way down to see accessible sources. So i decided to leave sorting in place but without actually separating the groups. If you look at the sources you will notice they're actually sorted by biodomes/levels/types.

Reuscalc was updated. It got a detailed tooltips for the Natural Sources (except the Kiwifruit and Pangolin, since they have inaccurate desriptions in wiki). Tooltips for Abilities will be added soon.

Awesome!

Do you need someone to check the real stats of Pangolin and Kiwifruit?

Is is hard to unlock those because they are linked to Level 3 unlocks of 30 minutes Era, despite being both a tier 1 resource.
