It depends a lot about you and what you are waiting from a game.
If you look for a game with a great atmosphere, with a calm pace and some anticipation, I guess you will like it.

And it is low on price :)

Where are the reviews bad? It scored decent on metacritic for the genre.

Not if you are looking for a god-game, which it has been consistently mislabeled as. Reus is less of a sim/strategy and more of a puzzle game, based around the correct alignment of various biomes and resources. Although you may enjoy this, I was disappointed by the reliance on number-crunching and lack of spontaneity in the gameworld (the world does not evolve independent from the player's control).
As Touriste says, the atmosphere is great, but I found the gameplay and simulation aspect to be lacking.

Gonna pick this up, hoping for 66% off, but can live with 50%. Definitely more of a puzzle game based off gameplay videos.

I bought this game when it first came out (though on GOG...kind of wish I had it on Steam now). But I do like the game. It's a nice little strategy game. Developers are still tweaking the game which is good and updates have been regular. I've not played a lot of "God" games and I've heard that it is not really all that much a "God game", but it is indeed a nice little strategy games and for me, it's quite fun though I will say it's not as fast paced as some games. I know I have not regretted my purchase at all (I obtained it on release day).

how do you rate the difficult from 1 to 10? replayability? the game is cute but not sure if worth it. looks too simple.
The reviews aren't bad. A 50 is bad. A 70-80 is good. Learn to actually pay attention to reviews, OP.

Ciunay, they have updated a lot since release (this is their first big release) and are still keen on taking player feedback(go to the abbeygames forum). There is a sandbox mode as well. Difficult, um, let's just say it's a LOT easier than Endless Space, but does get difficult as time goes on. I don't know, some say it's like a puzzle game, but then it can be said about some of the other strategy games too (again Endless Space comes to mind), where you have to figure out the right combinations to achieve a certain game goal. This type of game is not really linear and thus does not have a real story line or rather more like one you create as you go, again akin to Caesar/Civilization games, except this time you control the environment and hope to control the players, a nice little twist that has not been done often. I do have to say it's a bit lighter than some strategy type games, but then again, there are days when just a little light play before day is great, and this one fits the bill.
