Cannot play do to graphical problems, please help.

Thats the error message I received when starting up the game. ^

Can you send us your specs ?
Do you play other games and have no problems running them ?

I get exactly the same message,what can I do to run this game? Any help appreciated

You can try that :

Run everything you can in administrator mod
Reinstall
Verify game cache

Also,
Have this installled

Make sure you install the XNA framework with your own user account.
[slightly newer version, named XNA 4.0 Refresh of XNA framework 4.0]
If you have an older version of XNA and the game is not working, uninstall the old version

If this does not work, please do answers my questions.
"specs" means the component of your computer :
Processor
Memory
Graphic card

Do you play other games and do they run smoothly ?
Can you run a DxDiag and post it here ?

Do read my upper post and answer it. The 3 of you.
They are working on lowering the requirements, so you should be able to play it in a few weeks.
Also, if you are on a laptop, I might found infos that will maybe fix it.

they updated it but it doesn't work still. i dont think that was the lower requirements update

It was not, the ETA for the lower requirements is 3 months from now.

I have the same problem and your suggestions didn't help.
The specs for my laptop are the following
Intel core i7 2.8GHz
6 GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics (approximate memory 1.7GB)
I don't think it allows hardware acceleration

This issue is due to your graphic card not compatible with directX 10, they are working on lowering the requirement and this issue should be done in 2 months from now (approximately)

The game doesn't work for any of you because your PC's or should I say "laptop's" are not for gaming and don't even have a graphics card.. they have crappy chipsets. Simple answer.. get a real PC.
2.8Ghz is like 5 yrs old
6GB of ram? again old as hell people are running 12 GB and up
and again.. Chipset.. not even a card. Only thing that can run is MAYBE a Facebook game.. even then it will probably lag or not run

I wouldn't even waste resources on lowering it just for a couple people that try to blame the developers because they can't play a game with a laptop.

Some recent graphic cards are not directX 10 compatible.
This game is not designed for wealthy gamer but to spread across a lot of platforms.
For the record, I have 4Gb of RAM and I'm doing fine with some new games (ie Bioshock infinite).
