Sync Account
I already linked my steam to residentevil.net account, but i cant sync my information, i played like 3 raide mode maps and get some weapons, but in my profile show 0 Plays.Any help?

Did you try clicking the 'synchronize' button on your RE.net page? :) Make sure 'auto data upload' is turned on within the game first.

Just below the fields where your Title, Raid Mode Level, and RE Points are listed, you should see a box with your SteamID, and just below that, there should be another box that says, "Play data last synched:" with the last synch date. Right below the date of synchronization, there's a button that says, "Synchronize".

hm the box with steam id is empty, is maybe this the problem? but its linked and i have a german account, maybe its not working right with german games, i dont no :(

Thats a negative.

Make sure any browser plugins that block ads are turned off in your browser, and enable javascript for residentevil.net. If that doesn't fix it, then for whatever reason, your Steam account isn't properly linking to the site, in which case you might want to get in contact with Capcom's support staff. Not much else that can be done without their help.

For some reason, I can sync my RE6 stats (PS3) just fine. The button even shows up on the RE6 page. I've checked linked accounts and Steam is there. If I unlink it though, it'll be a 7 day wait to try again. I'll see what support can do.

Get in touch with Capcom; they'll be able to see what's causing any hangups, and hopefully get you on a fast-track to getting synchronization working.

Hello, and thank you for contacting Resident Evil.Net support.

Please make sure you are logged into Steam with the Steam ID you linked with your account, and reconfirm the Auto Data Upload option in the Options menu, then play the first stage of Raid mode (while still online).

Once you are back at the Raid mode menu your data should have been sent, please try synching at this point and let us know if you still see any errors or if the synch button still does not appear.
