This is the sort of game that you can find after spending an hour going through the 200+ pages of sales.
This game is love...
Ah crie over lack of trading cards.
You set up towers to defend your Gate; you command your boulder (as Sisyphus), charging through the enemy's defenses, to ultimately breach their Gate... provided you have the skillz to maneuver.
If I could, I would buy this game for everybody on Steam. Alas, I only had enough for two copies, and my bro got th'other one. Please, support the ingenious minds behind this (dare I say perfect?) diversion. While you're at it, pick up God Mode and Zeno Clash too; the former is an arena-horde survival game based in Greek Mythology, the latter is one of the best first-person melee games ever made and is comparably goofy to Rock of Ages (because "WTF-esque" isn't a proper term) .
It is truly a shame that certain companies *ahem AHEEEEEMMMMUH* gouge gamers for little innovation; ATLUS has backed games that I've enjoyed more, lately, than any others - to word it legibly, Atlus has published some of my (indeed, it seems) favorite games of all time.
I cannot say enough good things about this game; that lack of words drove me to use, er, memes.
To be sure, I want to preserve this game for as long as I can; I'm certain my playtime will run something like *Do One Mission, Don't Play Again For Two Days* just to ensure I savor it for as long as possible. To know that this game has an ending... I die.
NO EXAGGERATION OR IRONY OR SARCASM; I am GENUINELY impressed with this game (perhaps even more so at how much I've allowed the game to impress me, not even that big a fan of Monty Python (or comparable games (is Super Monkey Ball comparable? I don't know...))...).
