Was working fine yesterday and this morning. Now? No dice.
What's the deal with this game?

I bought it yesterday, and it launched just fine. I configured my settings to help it run as smooth as possible, and I was able to play it all the way up to Vlad. I tired to launch it just now, and I can't even get past the level select screen.

Maybe try disabling SteamCloud and deleting your options (stored in My Documents/My Games/UnrealEngine3/BoulderGame I think).

Where would that be? There are only two folders in that directory, and none of them appear to be related to SteamCloud or my options.

Steam Cloud can be enabled/disabled in the DOWNLOADS + CLOUD tab at View->Settings.

I think all your game-related binds and options are stored in My Documents/My Games/UnrealEngine3/BoulderGame so if delete (or move) those the game should start with default settings.
