Is this a ripoff?
I remember seeing a game that looks exactly like this game called fluidity. It's for the wii, and you play as water, just like this game. so is it a ripoff?

Dive into Puddle, a game unlike any other where you have to guide a puddle of fluid by tilting the environment to the left or right! Play carefully taking friction, gravity and temperature into account, and by using the unique properties of each type of fluid (water, oil, nitroglycerin, molten lava...) in a range of original environments.

Please read store page before coming in here with your stupid questions.

No it's a little bit different. I've only played the demo for fluidity, but this game definitly has the same concept.

They might want to think about their inclusion of 'a game unlike any other' in the marketing copy, then.

Here's another game similar to this 'game unlike any other'.

AdamM, I don't think that i-Fluid is a fair compairison. Yes they are both fluid based games however i-Fluid has you controlling a droplet of water and water only in a 3D enviroment. Puddle though has you tilting various 2D enviroments to indirectly control multiple types of liquids "(water, oil, nitroglycerin, molten lava...)." So while similar, in my opiinion they're different enough to not be able to make a fair compairison between them.

I remember playing the first prototype of this game also called "Puddle" (i think it was released on 2007) and it was made by these college students for a project or something like that. Anyway it was before fluidity was released on the wii so technically the creators of this game came up with the concept first.
