The Stanley Parable won't launch on Mac OSX!!
I just bought The Stanley Parable for Mac and when I try to open it, all it does is create a new window on my dock, [which I can't open] then it disappears and nothing happens! Can anyone help me fix it in anyway???

I AM ALSO SUFFERING FROM THIS ISSUE.

EDIT: I fixed it friends. You need to update to 10.8+. I was running 10.7.5 and it didn't work, I updated to mavericks and it works now.

Same here. As of writing this, Steam is up to date, and I have tried rebooting, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling The Stanley Parable. I am getting the same results as OP.
