Rocksmith 2014 Incomplete installation

Download was incomplete. restarted my PC and now there is not enough disk space to download rocksmith 2014 nor will the previous download resume. How do I delete the rokcsmith 2014 incomplete installations so I can start again?

Bloated, uninvestigated, buggy, puffed up Alpah-State-software, which suck up all your resources on computer without working like it should for that price - NEW, but feels like an old used bubblegum lurking on your shoes and you cant get rid of it ... this softwware supposed to be fun, but i see everyday more and more unhappy customers ...

Yea Im starting to see that as a possibility. Dianetics, The installation will not resum the download that is why i have no disk space. I have 3 gigs free and it has already downloaded six gigs. i want to know how to safely delete it so that i can redownload it

And the support page doenst work. Clever? I think not. Spells a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ company. Already regretting that $60 plus i was supposed to get $10 off but the redeption code never came. Im seeing a pattern

turn off steam
delete the contents of C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\downloading
leave the contents of the numbered folder in there intact just the loose files in that specific folder
start steam
download

these are not rocksmith issues this is a steam issue, your manefest seems to have been corrupted when it crashed

Thanks guys but i had to just delete the numbered folders since steam would not resume. its downloading now. Fingers crossed

The messed up part is i spent $60 yesterday and today I havnt even heard a word from steam...
