Trying to callibrate my acoustic.
I just started this game and turned up all the nobs on my acoustic guitar (Yes it has ports for an electric guitar built in) and no matter how hard I play, the calibration meter won't raise higher than a few centimeters or so.

Is the battery good?

Mine doesn't take a battery, it's run by a magnet.

Try this, right click Recording Devices, (in your system tray if you're on windows) and look for your Realtone cable. Right click it and goto properties, levels and note what level it's on. Turn it up higher, perhaps even around 60+ just to see if the game starts to hear your guitar better. After you restart RS and see that it's now working, (if in fact this resolves your issue), you can fine tune the level up or down more to your liking. Too high of a level can generate some feedback issues so you don't want that and too low and your notes aren't heard.

Best of luck.

You can use a distortion pedal with the gain off to boost your volume if changing the realtone settings doesn't work

its a little hard since rocksmith isnt originally meant for acoustic guitars, but can be worked around
