[REQUEST] Choose Group Announcement Recipients

This sounds pretty easy to implement. Add a drop-down list or something to let you choose who gets a certain announcement from a steam group. Like: All / Officers / Moderators...

It would be handy to be able to send an announcement to all of your moderators/officers that regular members cannot see. I'm sure not all groups are set up like mine, but all of my moderators are in-game admins as well and this would be a good way to send communications to them all at once.
