Feature Request: Steam Overlay for nonSteam games

I remember that under Windows I was able to add nonSteam game to my library and still have Steam Overlay functioning. Would be awesome to have same functionality here under Linux.

You still have it with 32bit applications and games! and theres a feature request / tracking bug for a 64bit overlay https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-for-linux/issues/519

Oh... I guess that's why it didn't worked with Xonotic 64bit, silly me :)
