Feature Request: Add the ability to toggle between native desktop decorations and steam own

Currently i have to use shortcut keys to make the chat windows visible on all workspaces.
as i like to use workspaces that i switch in my primary display and the second one has all my chatprograms open all the time, no matter which workspace im using on my primary monitor.

also with native dekstop decorations it would be much easier to control everything and it would integrate better into the system.

it wouldnt, im using window decorations with thw steam windows version in wine and it does integrate much better into my system.

seems there already was some discusion about it:

and all i would like to see would be a switch to enable it, not forcing it to everybody, cuz peoples needs are different.
