Issue Report: Splice multi-monitor support

Now that splice is publicly available we can now put it through it's paces, Splice on my system detects the total Xorg resolution, but only renders on the left-most screen.

Same for me. It also runs sluggishly slow. Once I disabled the second monitor with XRandR it worked fine though.
