Mic doesn't work on CSS

Hello all,

On some CSS servers (not all), when I join them, my mic completely quits working in the game. I have to quit out of CSS in order for it to start working again. I have no idea why this happens, nor why certain servers work and others don't.

I have this issue as well. The mic works in options before joining a server. Then it doesn't work while in most servers.

I tried to compare server cvars, I didn't find any common denominator.
