Multihead display setup and Halflife.
It seems that Half Life (And Games based on the same engine) does not care about which one of my displays that are the primary one. It always open on display 1, which in many cases for us multi head users not the primary one.

I got three displays on my computer, arranged in order from left to right: 1 2 3
The middle one, number two, I've marked as "Primary" in xorg.conf, and of course all Linux-native applications and games are well aware of this. They do after all follow X.org specifications on resolutions, displays and working areas.

But not Half Life and games based on Half Life. They always open on display 1, and not the primary one.

There are some other problems, like Firefox, TB etc starting in fullscreen on the secondary display.
