Lots of Lag in TF2
Thoght I'd give TF2 a try in my Ubuntu 12.10 installation. However, it's not running very well. It works, but it stutters and lags a lot as if I have a really outdated graphics card or I'm hooked up to a TV with a lot of input lag. Any suggestions? I am running the nVidia 310 experimental drivers and I have vsync off.

EDIT: I suppose I'll go ahead and add my system specs.
~ Intel Core i7 920 @ 2.66 GHz (stock)
~ 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 1333MHz RAM
~ EVGA GeForce GTX 560Ti FPB (stock)
~ Ubuntu 12.10 on Mushkin Chronos 120GB SSD

Go into the advanced video options and if multi-threaded (or multi-core, can't remember) is enabled; if so, disable that and restart the game. This feature works for me in Windows but in Linux it causes lotsa lag; game runs fine with it off in Linux.

Unfortunately, this didn't help me. I'm on an AMD 5870, Ubuntu 12.04. Anything else work for people?

Thanks!
