Steam for Linux

No images in new Steam + L4D installation
I've just downloaded and installed L4D in a clean Steam installation on linux but all I see when I load L4D is this.

Any ideas?

I solved this by installing the 32 bit version of this package https://software.opensuse.org/package/libtxc_dxtn?search_term=libtxc
Notice it's the 32 bit version, even if you're running openSUSE 64 bit edition.
