Annoyance with Steam client in detail view

For some reason, while downloading files, if i scroll my games list in detail view all the way to the bottom, every time an update happens in the list, it scrolls slightly up to hide the last item from view. Particularly annoying now as that last item is XCom :)

Only happens in Detail view. List view works Ok.

Is this where i can report that as a bug?
