Issue Report: Steam GUI and the basic Murrine scrollbar
If you type a lot of text here, in the content box, a default Murrine scrollbar will be visible. This pops up for Google's Chrome browser too, but that's another story.

Reproducable, just hold down the Enter/Return key in the input box.
