Issue Report: Unable to close Steam
1) Start Steam
2) Click the "X" at the top-right corner on the window

2) the steam would get closed

2) By clicking the top right 'X' the window gets minimized

At the moment only way to close the Steam is to use Quick List menu item Quit in the Launcher.

I'm pretty sure this is essentially how it works on all platforms, not actually closing, but instead staying running in the background. In any case, Steam > Exit in the dropdown menu should completely close it.
