Issue Report: " View friends list" showing unfocusable window

when "friends" window is already open, clicking "view friends list" (bottom right of steam UI) makes the window appear but this window is unfocusable. (clicking on it will click on the thing behind it)

I can confirm it. Already opened friend list makes "View friends list" unusable. The newly appeard window does not any user interaction.

I'm noticing that the friends list window disappears into the background once I click on "View friends list" and then the window title. However, if I click on a buddy inside the friends list, it seems to focus for me.

Also, the "View friends list" option in the menu does seem to work.

Which desktop environments are you using? I can't repro this on Ubuntu/Unity.

Arch Linux here. KDE 4.9.3. Effects enabled. If I have my friends list open and under something after clicking again on View friends list it doesnt come up. Only if I click normally in my task manager.

This happens to me consistently on Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit.
