Issue Report: big picture mode thinks I only have 1.02 kB of video RAM
When going to Settings -> Display and attempting to change the resolution of big picture mode, I get the following warning:

"Warning
Your display device has only 1.02 KB of dedicated GPU memory. You are likely to have poor performance at <resolution>."

The display settings page itself also has "1.02 KB" at the end of the description of the graphics card. The amount of video RAM my card actually has (according to amdcccle, at least) is 1024MB; is something reading "1024" in as bytes, using the SI interpretation of "k", and rounding to 2 decimal places, perhaps? I do also notice that I have "Primary VRAM Not Detected" in the system information.

It's probably also worth mentioning that this is using AMD's 12.11 beta drivers, as they're needed for TF2 to not instantly segfault; I'm not sure if this issue exists on the previous release, but I did also have the "Primary VRAM Not Detected" message on those.

(I could also be annoyingly pedantic and say that it should really be "kB", but I'm not sure that video cards have ever existed that had an amount of video RAM that was usefully measured in kB. That, and I doubt anyone cares.)

There are still problems accurately reading amount of memory at least with AMD cards. But it should not impact your performance.
