Issue Report: TF2 Servers with certain mods cause game to crash
Issue
When loading servers which have certain mods installed, the game will download all the content from the servers, but will instantly crash at the "Sending client information..." message. The crash is complete, and will kill the TF2 process, requiring a restart of the game.

List of mods known to cause crashes:
Dodgeball
Basketball
Zombie Fortress
TF2Ware

List of mods known to work without error:
ZOMBIEMOD (A zombie mod ported from CSS)
Death Run
Prophunt

Reproduction
Attempt to join a server that is using a mod known to cause crashes.

crashed in the below code - the pthread_create() failed. Can someone get this to happen in a debugger and do "info threads" and see how many threads are running here?

Ok - found it. We were creating threads like crazy in the 'fast' download code and not calling pthread_detach() on them...
