Issue Report: Windows don't respond to mouse
I can see steam windows and I can successful bring them into focus, but they don't respond to my mouse so I can't click any buttons. The issue occurs when click on a game to install it. I can still navigate using the keyboard though. I can fix the issue by unplugging my external monitor

I hit this issue too with dual monitors. If I move the steam windows first, I can then use the mouse buttons.

Thanks for the info.

I can confirm this. New windows will appear stuck to the side of one of my monitors, typically my right one, and not be interactive until moved. This does not apply to all windows, though all windows will appear stuck to the side of one monitor. Game installation wizards and other menus (options, etc) will not be interactive, however the main steam windows and chat are not susceptible to this for me.

Experienced the same thing here; unresponsive until moved (dual monitor setup).

I fixed a bunch of multimon issues in the latest release - can you try this and let us know if it's still broken for you?
