Issue Report: "Run Steam when my computer starts" does not work
Going In Steam > Settings > INTERFACE, checking "Run Steam when my computer starts" and clicking "OK" goes without errors, but then opening the steam settings again, I can see that the box remains unchecked.
After checking the box, Steam does not start when the computer starts (i.e.doesn't work)

Also When the box is checked and OK'ed for the first time for a steam "session", there is a significant disk activity for ~4 seconds. Any further checking of the box results in no disk activity. (After starting another steam session (turning steam off and on), the disk activity is present yet again for one time.)
Also, nothing appears in the Steam logs when doing this.
