Issue Report: Steam client. Install game dialog has placeholder text #Steam_WillDownloadAllFiles

I've noticed that when installing a game, the first dialog that appears shows an odd
piece of text:


... this looks like a placeholder for a missing message (a translation ?).

Also, after clicking Next to start the download, I think there was another placeholder on
the next dialog, but it disappeared before I could be sure. I'll retry later. The one on the "Install - <game name>" dialog is definately there though.
