Issue report: Steam signed me in to Friends on startup but was configured not to
In Settings, I have unchecked "Automatically sign in to Friends when I start Steam". But I've just started Steam and have been signed into Friends. I have checked the settings again and it really was still disabled. (OS: Gentoo Linux ~amd64)
