Issue Report: Ridiculously high (and incorrect) number for peak download rate
While downloading a game, the "Peak Download Rate" was indicated as being 3,416,048,640GB/S, which is not only incorrect, but impossible.

Reproduction steps:
1. Open Steam
2. Install TF2
3. Click on Downloads section
4. Wait a little while

The problem is in unsigned int type of variable and negative number put in that variable
