It's a known issue with stylesheet displayed in chrome

Gtk-webkit related.
The problem is, that the background-color stylesheet attr (for drop down lists) is ignored in gtk-webkit.

On Ubuntu 12.04 amd64

But its only a style problem, can 't see the Years, Month and Day, but able to click them.

So, it has some connection with gtk-webkit, not the DE itself?

The DE has nothing to do with this. It's the way gtk is designed (Beside the theme you use, there are only workarounds to fix this issue, which is up to the WebkitGtk devs; or the gtk devs to implement a proper way to change the background color).
