Issue Report: Crash when downloading custom map on TF2
Everything in TF2 works fine but this, if I have to download a map, the game crashes immediatly. The problem is not the custom map, if I copy the map previously in tf/maps I can play without any problem, the problem seems to be just download something.

Looking at the crash, it seems some pipe is causing segment violation:

I think I have the same thing going on. Not sure as I don't know how to get all the dumps above, but it always to seems to crash immediately when downloading a custom map.
