Issue Report: Steam guard doesn't ask for access code for a new computer if ~Steam/ directory is copied.
I copied ~Steam/ directory to my other computer and ran steam.sh there. Steam guard didn't ask for access code for a new computer and I got logged in to my account without it even asking for my password.

Yeah it's clearly not something to be concerned about that on a multi-user system anyone with a read access to my home directory can gain access to my steam account.

I don't think that was part of the design of Steam Guard. I believe it was designed to prevent people you don't know from stealing your account by guessing your Steam password.

I'm pretty sure that on Windows if I copy Steam directory to another computer Steam guard asks for access code. I just assumed Steam would behave the same way on Linux too.
