Issue Report: Multi monitor with different resolutions

I found a bug with steam for linux.
I have 2 monitor, one 1920 x 1080 and the other one 1280 x 1024. So the whole resolution is 3200 x 1080.
The notifications of steam are cutted, because it don't take regard of the 56px non-existent.

(Of course in the monitor there isn't the black line)

How to reproduce the bug?
Use two monitors of different resolutions and open steam.

I have not seen this on my Ubuntu/Unity setup (one monitor 2560x1600) and the other (1600x1200). Could you please provide your System Information? It will help us narrow down the requirements for the bug.

Yes, my primary monitor is the biggest (at the left).
The notifications are always at the monitor on the right (Ubuntu use the same monitor for notifications). In windows with two monitors I have the notifications on the primary monitor (and not in the far right).
I think that if you move the notifications on the primary monitor you will fix this problem with no issue for users (and I personally prefer notifications on primary monitor).
Frank, your secondary monitor is at the right position, and the biggest at the left?
