Issue Report: String missing/incorrect for backup restore
When restoring a game from backup, the first string that is displayed is #Steam_Install_StartCacheLoading. I guess this is a missing or incorrect string?

Adding to the bug database.

I was unable to repro this, the string comes up correctly. Does this happen every time for you, with any game (I used Darwinia but that shouldn't matter)? Are you using a non-English locale (unlikely given your screenshot)?

I did this this with world of goo game restore.

My locale is set to
$ locale
LANG=en_ZA.UTF-8
LANGUAGE=en_ZA:en
LC_CTYPE="en_ZA.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC="en_ZA.UTF-8"
LC_TIME="en_ZA.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="en_ZA.UTF-8"
LC_MONETARY="en_ZA.UTF-8"
LC_MESSAGES="en_ZA.UTF-8"
LC_PAPER="en_ZA.UTF-8"
LC_NAME="en_ZA.UTF-8"
LC_ADDRESS="en_ZA.UTF-8"
LC_TELEPHONE="en_ZA.UTF-8"
LC_MEASUREMENT="en_ZA.UTF-8"
LC_IDENTIFICATION="en_ZA.UTF-8"
LC_ALL=

South African local, which is quite close to British English.

One thing I did forget to mention: I was testing my restore problems with TF2, so I disconnected my network (Right click on Network icon in task bar, and untick "Enable networking") just as the screen shoted page comes up. After you set the restore folder, if I recall correctly.

I didn't see any problems when running with en_ZA. Does this happen every time (skipping the network disconnect)?

I just reproduced this problem with no network funny business. Just a plain restore of world of Goo demo. See http://youtu.be/egMKRueAl6k for a screen cast.

I did notice restoring larger games (Trine2 with Book of unwritten tales) does not show this message. Or shows it too fast to notice.

Do you have the latest Steam client? The default directory for backups should now be in Backups (which is where it always should have been).
