Issue Report: [UI] Pop-up error messages unreadable with dual monitors.
When steam pops-up an error message dialog it's locked in the center of the screen. On dual-monitor systems this is in the middle of the bezel region and unreadable. The dialog needs to either be draggable or needs to properly select the middle of the screen that the steam client is running on.

Honestly, you should spend some time rethinking the whole 'pop-ups everywhere' thing. It's common on windows, but really doesn't work well in expose-like desktops where a lot of different things can be going on at once. I'm actually curious if it even works well in Windows 8.

Steps to reproduce:
1) run a game such as Penumbra that doesn't actually work yet, but is 'installable' from Steam.
2) observe pop-up window notifying you that the binary is missing in the middle of the screens.

Hmm... also I thought I only had 2 physical processors in my i3-530, not 3.

Same problem here (ArchLinux/KDE). The error dialog also seems to have problems with mouse focus
